What KNAB does
These Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs) are designed to deliver an inverse daily return relative to the performance of the Solactive MicroSectorsTM U.S. Big Banks Index. Issued by Bank of Montreal as senior unsecured medium-term notes, their value is linked to the inverse, daily-compounded performance of the index. This return is also reduced by a Daily Investor Fee, any negative Daily Interest, and, if relevant, a Redemption Fee. The underlying Solactive MicroSectorsTM U.S. Big Banks Index is an equal-dollar weighted benchmark tracking the ten largest U.S. banking sector companies by market capitalization.
