What IDHQ does
The Invesco S&P International Developed Quality ETF (IDHQ) aims to mirror the performance of the S&P Quality Developed ex-U.S. LargeMidCap Index. Typically, the ETF allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the common stocks that constitute this benchmark. This underlying index specifically focuses on high-quality companies within the broader S&P Developed ex-U.S. LargeMidCap Index. A company's 'quality score' is determined by analyzing three core financial indicators: return on equity, the accruals ratio, and the financial leverage ratio. Both the Fund and its benchmark undergo semi-annual rebalancing and reconstitution, occurring on the third Friday of June and December each year. According to Morningstar Inc., as of August 31, 2025, IDHQ earned an impressive 4-star overall rating among 372 comparable funds. It also maintained a 4-star rating for the 3-year period (out of 372 funds), the 5-year period (out of 337 funds), and the 10-year period (out of 223 funds). Morningstar's star ratings reflect a risk-adjusted return methodology, evaluating a fund's monthly performance fluctuations with a greater focus on mitigating downside risk and favoring consistent returns. For comparative analysis, open-end mutual funds and ETFs are grouped together. An overall rating is compiled from a weighted average of the 3-, 5-, and 10-year metrics (where available), factoring in fees and expenses but excluding sales charges, and requires a minimum of three years of history. A five-star rating indicates a fund is in the top 10% of its category, while four stars represent the subsequent 22.5%, three stars the following 35%, two stars the next 22.5%, and one star the bottom 10%. These ratings can change monthly. It is important to note that these ratings are proprietary to Morningstar Inc. ©2025, and their content should not be copied or distributed. While Morningstar strives for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, they do not warrant the information and are not liable for any damages from its use. Investors should remember that past performance is not indicative of future results. Furthermore, if fees or expenses had not been waived or reimbursed, the Morningstar rating for IDHQ might have been lower. Performance characteristics can vary between different share classes, potentially leading to different ratings.
