What HBIL does

The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks exposure, before fees and expenses, generally consistent with the price and yield performance of the 3-month U.S. Treasury bill market. Under normal circumstances it invests at least 80% of net assets in U.S. Treasury bills and expects to maintain a dollar-weighted average portfolio maturity of approximately 90 days or less. Up to 20% of assets may be held in other short-term instruments such as repurchase agreements, money market funds, U.S. Treasury floating rate notes, and other short-term U.S. government securities to manage liquidity and support creations/redemptions.
