What FTRB does
The fund primarily allocates its assets to U.S. dollar-denominated, high-quality fixed-income securities. Additionally, it has the flexibility to invest in higher-yielding, non-U.S. dollar, and emerging market debt instruments whenever Federated Investment Management Company determines that these sectors offer compelling risk-return prospects. The fund is permitted to commit up to 25% of its total assets to bonds rated below investment grade.
