Corgi ETF Trust I - Founder-Led 2x Daily (FDRX) ETF Holdings & Analysis
ETFOther
What FDRX does
The FDRX exchange-traded fund (ETF) is engineered to deliver daily investment results that correspond to 200% of the performance of the Founder-Led Index. This underlying index is composed of 50 U.S. publicly traded companies where at least one of the original founders continues to hold a prominent executive role. To achieve its investment objective, the fund primarily utilizes a range of derivative instruments. These include, but are not limited to, total return swaps, equity index futures contracts, and various other equity-linked financial tools. Additionally, it may take direct long positions in the underlying index components when deemed operationally efficient. A portion of the fund's assets is maintained in cash and cash equivalents to ensure liquidity, facilitate ongoing portfolio management, and serve as collateral for its derivative positions. Its leveraged exposure is rebalanced on a daily basis. Consequently, due to the effects of daily compounding and market volatility, performance observed over periods exceeding a single day can diverge substantially from two times the cumulative return of the underlying index. Although constituents of the index can possess any market capitalization, their weighting within the portfolio is determined by their relative size, subject to a maximum cap of 10% for any single constituent. The index undergoes reconstitution and rebalancing four times annually, specifically on the third Friday of March, June, September, and December.
