What DRAI does
DRAI aims to achieve significant long-term capital appreciation by investing in a focused portfolio of 10-20 Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). These investments span a diversified spectrum of asset classes, including U.S. stocks, precious metals like gold, and various fixed-income instruments. The fund's investment strategy is primarily driven by its proprietary AI framework, dubbed the "Draco Model." This system is composed of two integrated analytical components: A predictive AI engine, analyzing historical pricing data, informs 70% of asset selection by forecasting short-term market trends and volatility. This is complemented by a macroeconomic module, which processes data points like unemployment insurance applications and interest rate spreads to formulate longer-term market outlooks. The fund’s allocation strategy dynamically shifts with market conditions. In bearish environments, it gravitates towards U.S. Treasury bonds and inverse ETFs, whereas during bullish periods, it favors U.S. equities and leveraged instruments. Portfolio adjustments occur continuously, responding to daily market shifts. While mechanisms are in place for downside protection, the utilization of leveraged investments inherently introduces the potential for heightened volatility. Nevertheless, the sub-adviser retains discretionary power to override the AI model's directives in extreme situations.
