What DIVS does

This ETF dedicates a minimum of 80% of its capital, including any funds borrowed for investment, to publicly traded shares. The focus is on companies that pay dividends and are deemed by the Adviser to have a strong likelihood of consistently growing those payments over the medium term, typically three to five years. The permissible equity holdings extend to common and preferred shares, securities convertible into common stock, as well as rights and warrants.
