What BESO does
This fund primarily allocates its capital, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any funds acquired through borrowing for investment purposes), to a concentrated portfolio of three prominent digital assets: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana. These are considered the foundational or 'core' cryptocurrencies. Furthermore, the portfolio is actively managed to ensure that illiquid assets do not exceed 15% of its total net assets. This operational guideline is in accordance with Rule 22e-4 of the 1940 Act, and this same 15% ceiling applies to any staking activities undertaken by the fund. It operates as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
