What AEMC does
The Fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies. The fund's manager employs an active, quantitative approach designed to evaluate companies based on fundamental and market factors and construct a portfolio of securities featuring characteristics expected to be favored in the prevailing market environment. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of mid-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations within the range of the Russell Midcap® Index.
